Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

All orders received before 12pm will be despatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays and other public holidays). Orders received after 12pm will be despatched the next working day. All orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday. All orders received on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Each delivery is made by GLS courier. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

The customer can track the delivery status on the courier's website by entering the tracking number provided.

The courier will send customers tracking details once the order has been dispatched. If you think your parcel is late, please check your tracking details. In some cases, the shipment may be held or already delivered.

Returns and Refunds

To guarantee the complete satisfaction of our Customers who have purchased on our online platform and for some reason are not satisfied with the order, they can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 days from the day they received the purchased products.

Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging with the respective attachment tag (in the case of clothing). If the product does not meet expectations, we accept returns only if the box has not been opened and/or the product has not been used. They must never have been worn or used or have suffered even minimal deterioration and in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or replaced.

The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract to the Seller.

It is not possible to exchange the chosen product for another one.

The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated GLS for Italy, in this case the Customer will not have to pay the return costs in person. In fact, Sirene Artigiane srls will pay the courier GLS on its behalf, withholding the sum of 8 Euros from the refund. This option is valid only for Italy.
In the event that the Customer decides to use a different shipper (mandatory option for all countries outside Italy), he will have to pay the return costs himself.
The Customer will be contacted if his return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the Customer may choose to have the purchased products back at his expense.

Responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport, which is due to a negligent choice of the carrier and/or of the shipping methods, remains the responsibility of the Customer.

How to return any item

Send an e-mail to info@sireneartigiane.com indicating name, surname, address and no. of order and

we will send the Customer confirmation via email of receipt of the request for withdrawal, assigning a return code to each item.

If all the required conditions are met, once the return has been received, the Customer will be contacted by email and we will proceed with the full refund of the price of the products purchased. The effective time for the re-credit or return of the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used (generally 10 working days from the approval of the return).

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the day of purchase. The refund will be processed once we receive the product and verify that the conditions are as mentioned above (item not opened and/or used). Shipping costs are not refunded.

The Customer will be contacted if his return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the Customer may choose to have the purchased products back at his expense.
