PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

The customer can choose to pay by credit card or debit card. 

The accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. For purchases with Visa ELECTRON, authorization from the issuing bank is required for online use.
In the event that the Customer uses a prepaid or disposable card, he must keep it even after the purchase because it could be used for a possible re-credit.

The Seller guarantees that each purchase is made in total safety. Payment data is collected through the most advanced encryption technology system (SSL).
For orders by credit card, the Seller reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment if the billing and shipping data do not coincide with the data of the holder of the credit/debit card used for payment. In the case of payments with American Express credit cards, the Seller will proceed with the fulfillment of the order only and exclusively in the event that the complete header data of the card used correspond with the billing and shipping data of the order, subject to verification with American Express Customer Service. In this case, the Customer will receive an e-mail communication in which he will be asked to change the billing and shipping information of the order as registered in his American Express account. The Seller will only ship the order using the shipping data explicitly authorized and communicated to American Express by the Customer.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

To use this payment method you need to open a PayPal account.
Once the order details have been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal login page from which he can access his account to complete the payment. In case of payments with PayPal, the Seller will only ship to the data indicated in his PayPal account.

BILLING AND VAT

During the purchase procedure, the Customer must indicate whether the billing address corresponds to the one indicated for the shipment. 

If these data do not match, you can select the appropriate item in the cart to enter your name and billing address. 

VAT is already included in the price indicated on the site. 
For orders with American Express credit cards, the Seller will proceed with order fulfillment only and exclusively if the complete header data of the card used matches the billing and shipping data of the order, after checking with the American Express Customer Service.

THE PAYMENT DEBIT

For orders by credit card, the Seller reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment if the billing and shipping data do not coincide with the data of the holder of the credit/debit card used for payment.
In case of payments with PayPal, the Seller will only ship to the data indicated in your PayPal account.

REFUND BY CREDIT CARD

After receiving the return and checking that all the requirements have been met, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. 
The refund will be made within five (5) working days of receipt of the goods at the Seller's warehouses, on the credit or debit card used for the order. 
The time needed to view the re-credit depends on the institution that issued the card.
